Remuneration and Employment Type

• The LDC will be hired on a contractual basis in DTIDC.
• Consolidated remuneration of ₹19,905/- (Level-2) plus admissible DA.
• No additional allowances beyond the stated remuneration.
• Employment Type: Contractual Appointment.

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications:

• Candidate must have passed 12th Class or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
• Skill Test on Computer:
  • English Typing @35 words per minute
  • OR Hindi Typing @30 words per minute

Desirable Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, and Email.
• Knowledge of MS Office is mandatory for all ministerial staff, with an undertaking to confirm the same.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 27 years
• Crucial Date for Age Calculation: 25 November 2025

Terms of Hiring

• Initial contract for one year or until the post is filled by a regular employee.
• Renewable annually based on satisfactory performance and conduct.
• Contract continuation permitted up to the age of 60 years.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Diary and dispatch work.
2. Preparation of various bills.
3. Handling correspondence and maintaining work files.
4. Record keeping and maintenance of registers.
5. Maintenance of cash book and service books.
6. Preparation and scrutiny of pension cases.
7. Scrutiny of personal claims (LTC, Medical, CEA, etc.).
8. Submission of various reports and returns.
9. Getting TDS return filed and issuance of Form-16.
10. Any other ministerial duty assigned by DTIDC officers.

Termination of Services

The services of any contractual staff may be terminated by DTIDC without notice if work or conduct is unsatisfactory or if the post is filled by a regular appointment.

Leave Entitlement

• One leave per completed calendar month.
• Unavailed leave from the previous month cannot be carried forward.
