Application Process (Online Only)
- Visit the official recruitment portal and click on “Career @ CWC (Direct Recruitment) – 2025”.
- Register using a valid Email ID and Mobile Number. A provisional registration number and password will be generated.
- Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, thumb impression, and hand-written declaration as per the specified format.
- Pay the required application fee and intimation charges using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Mobile Wallets.
- Validate all details and submit the form. Take a printout of the system-generated application form and e-receipt for future reference.
- No offline or physical applications will be accepted under any circumstances.
Eligibility Criteria
Junior Personal Assistant
- Graduate in any discipline from a Government-recognized University.
- One-year course in Office Management and Secretarial Practice or equivalent.
- Shorthand Speed: 80 words per minute (English).
- Typing Speed: 40 words per minute (English).
- Desirable: Proficiency in Hindi shorthand and typing.
Junior Executive (Rajbhasha)
- Graduate with Hindi as elective and English as main subject OR a Degree/Diploma equivalent to B.A. in Hindi.
- Desirable: Proficiency in Hindi software applications.
Candidates must possess the required qualifications as on 15 November 2025. Final-year students are not eligible to apply.

The maximum cumulative age relaxation shall not exceed 55 years as on 15.11.2025. Age concession to PwBD candidates is admissible irrespective of post reservation status, provided the post is identified as suitable.
Reservation Details
Reservation for Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and Ex-Servicemen will be as per Government of India rules and directives.
- 10% vacancies reserved for EWS category as per DoPT OM No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) dated 19 January 2019.
- PwBD categories eligible for the posts: OH (Orthopedically Handicapped), HH (Hearing Handicapped), VH (Visually Handicapped).
- Ex-Servicemen reservation applicable for the post of Junior Personal Assistant (02 posts reserved).

Selection Process
The selection process for recruitment to the advertised posts will consist of an Online Test, followed by Skill Test (where applicable) and Document Verification. Candidates must qualify each stage as per prescribed standards.

Negative Marking: ¼ (one-fourth) mark will be deducted for every wrong answer in the objective section.
Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)
The posts are identified suitable for candidates with benchmark disabilities as defined under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. Applicants with at least 40% disability in the following categories are eligible to apply:
- OH (Orthopedically Handicapped): OL (One Leg), OA (One Arm), ADV (Acid Attack Victim), MDY (Muscular Disability), DR (Dwarfism)
- HH (Hearing Handicapped): Hard of Hearing
- VH (Visually Handicapped): Low Vision
Persons with Benchmark Disabilities are entitled to age concessions even if the post is not specifically reserved, provided the post is identified as suitable for the disability category.
Ex-Servicemen Definition and Benefits
An Ex-Serviceman means a person who has served in any rank, whether as a combatant or non-combatant, in the Regular Army, Navy, or Air Force of the Indian Union and who:
- Has been retired, relieved, or discharged after earning a pension.
- Has been relieved from service on medical grounds attributable to military service.
- Has been released after completion of a specific period of engagement (otherwise than dismissal or misconduct) and granted gratuity.
- Includes personnel of Army Postal Service, Territorial Army pensioners, and Gallantry Award winners.
Ex-Servicemen are entitled to age relaxation of up to 3 years beyond the maximum age limit (8 years for SC/ST and 6 years for OBC candidates).
Document Verification and Skill Test
Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for Document Verification and/or Skill Test as applicable. These stages will be held at the CWC Corporate Office, Delhi. No request for change of date, venue, or time will be entertained.
For Junior Personal Assistant
Candidates shortlisted after the online test will be called for a Skill Test in a post-to-candidate ratio of 1:10. The Skill Test is of qualifying nature, and candidates must achieve a minimum shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m. (English) and typing speed of 40 w.p.m. (English).
For Junior Executive (Rajbhasha)
Candidates shortlisted after the online test will be called for Document Verification in a post-to-candidate ratio of 1:3. Only candidates who qualify and whose eligibility is verified will be considered for final appointment.

Offer of Appointment and Bond Details
After successful completion of Document Verification and Skill Test, selected candidates will be issued appointment offers based on merit, reservation norms, and administrative requirements. Candidates selected for the posts of Junior Personal Assistant and Junior Executive (Rajbhasha) must execute a service bond of ₹50,000 to serve the Corporation for a minimum period of two years.
This is an All-India Cadre position; selected candidates may be posted anywhere in India or abroad, as per the discretion of the Corporation.
Identity Verification Guidelines
Candidates must bring valid photo identity proof along with their call letter during the Online Examination and Document Verification / Skill Test. The identity will be verified with the details mentioned in the application form.
- Accepted ID Proofs: PAN Card, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID, Aadhaar Card / e-Aadhaar, or Bank Passbook with photo.
- Ration Card is not accepted as valid ID proof.
- Biometric data (fingerprint and photograph) will be captured during the online exam and re-verified at later stages.
Note: If there is a mismatch in name or details between Call Letter and Photo ID proof, the candidate will not be permitted to appear for the examination. Female candidates who have changed their name post-marriage must carry original marriage certificate or gazette notification as proof.
How to Apply (Step-by-Step Process)
- Visit the official Central Warehousing Corporation portal and go to “Career @ CWC (Direct Recruitment) – 2025”.
- Click on “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR ADVERTISEMENT NO. 2025/01” to open the online application form.
- Register by entering your Name, Contact details, and Email ID. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated and sent via Email and SMS.
- Use the “Save & Next” option to fill the application form in multiple stages. Verify all entered details before clicking on “Complete Registration”.
- Upload the following scanned documents as per the specified format:
- Recent passport-size photograph (4.5 cm × 3.5 cm)
- Signature with black ink (not in capital letters)
- Left thumb impression (on white paper with black/blue ink)
- Hand-written declaration (in English only): “I, (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
- Make the online payment of the required Application Fee and Intimation Charges using any of the accepted modes.
- Take a printout of the e-Receipt and final submitted application form for your records. Do not send a physical copy to CWC.
- Applications submitted through any mode other than online will be summarily rejected.
Mode of Payment
- Payment must be made online only through integrated payment gateway.
- Accepted modes: Debit Card (RuPay/Visa/Master/Maestro), Credit Card, Internet Banking, UPI, IMPS, Mobile Wallets, or Cash Cards.
- After successful transaction, an e-Receipt will be generated. Please save and print it.
- If the e-Receipt is not generated, it indicates a payment failure. Candidates must reattempt the payment after login.
- Charges are payable in Indian Rupees. Non-Indian card users may incur conversion rates as per their banks.

General Instructions for Candidates

Prohibited Items in the Examination Centre
To maintain fairness and transparency, candidates are not allowed to bring the following items inside the examination centre:
- Printed or written textual material, calculators, geometry boxes, scales, or log tables.
- Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, smart watches, pagers, cameras, or fitness bands.
- Personal items like handbags, belts, caps, goggles, or jewelry (rings, chains, earrings, nose pins).
- Food items (open or packed) and water bottles are not permitted.
- Shoes or footwear covering toes are prohibited; only open sandals or chappals are allowed.
- Candidates wearing religious attire should report at least 30 minutes early to facilitate proper frisking.
Note: CWC will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings at the exam centre. Violation of these rules may lead to disqualification and ban from future examinations.
