Senior Programme Manager 01 ₹1,00,000 per month Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Administration/Management or MBA-HR from AICTE recognized institute with minimum 15 years Government experience. Preference for candidates with experience in AYUSH sector.
  • Provide support in planning and implementation of National Ayush Mission.
  • Coordinate with CPMU team for Annual Action Plans (SAAP).
  • Facilitate States for effective implementation of Ayushman Arogya Mandir component.
  • Maintain database and coordinate reports for AYUSH sector.
Domain Expert – Public Health 08 ₹75,000 per month Bachelor degree (BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BSMS/BYNS) with Master in Public Health or PG Diploma in Public Health Administration with minimum 5 years experience. Preference to AYUSH sector experience.
  • Support Programme Manager and CPMU staff for implementation.
  • Assist in uploading and monitoring data on NAM Portal.
  • Provide technical inputs on Parliament Questions and Committees.
Senior Consultant (NAM) 02 ₹65,000 per month Bachelor in AYUSH streams with 7 years experience in Public Health Programmes of Government. Preference to PG in AYUSH sector.
  • Examine State AYUSH Annual Action Plans.
  • Provide technical input on AYUSH program implementation.
  • Prepare reports and guidelines with Ministry/States.
Junior Consultant (NAM) 04 ₹60,000 per month Bachelor in AYUSH streams with 3 years experience in Public Health Programmes. Preference to PG in AYUSH sector.
  • Examine Annual Action Plans for AYUSH integration.
  • Provide technical support and draft technical reports.
  • Coordinate with MOHFW/State AYUSH departments.
Finance Manager 01 ₹60,000 per month MBA-Finance/M.Com/ICWA/CA with 5 years experience in finance management. Knowledge of MS Office and accounting operations essential. Preference to AYUSH sector experience.
  • Handle financial matters of National Ayush Mission.
  • Monitor funds utilization, expenditure, and prepare reports.
  • Manage accounting packages, prepare budgets and audits.
Accounts Manager 01 ₹50,000 per month MBA-Finance/M.Com/ICWA (Inter)/CA (Inter) with minimum 3 years experience in account management. Knowledge of Tally and social sector schemes essential.
  • Manage accounts and prepare reports.
  • Maintain financial compliance under schemes.
  • Support audit and expenditure tracking.
Data Assistant 03 ₹35,000 per month MBA-IT/MCA/M.Sc-IT/BCA with 3 years experience. Proficiency in MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access. Preference to AYUSH sector experience.
  • Collect data from OPD, IPD, institutions, drug enforcement, and medicinal plants.
  • Maintain state database for AYUSH sector.
  • Extract info from HMIS-NAM and prepare statistics.
  • Manage AYUSH mainstreaming records under NRHM.
  • Handle data incorporation and retrieval in HMIS software.

Age Limit

Minimum 21 years and maximum 60 years for all positions.

Allowances and Benefits

  • TA/DA admissible on tours as per government rules.
  • 12 days leave per year on pro-rata basis. Unused leave cannot be carried forward.
  • No medical, transport, or mobile allowance.
  • Annual increment of 5% on satisfactory performance, subject to approval of competent authority.

Selection Process
