Eligibility Criteria

Faculty

Graduate or Postgraduate. Preference: MSW, MA (Rural Development, Sociology, Psychology), B.Sc. (Agri/Veterinary/Horticulture), B.A. with B.Ed.
Proficient in computer use and local language. English/Hindi typing preferred.
Previous teaching experience preferred.

Office Assistant

Graduate (BSW/BA/B.Com) with computer knowledge.

Attender

Minimum qualification: 10th pass.
Ability to read/write local language is essential.

Watchman cum Gardener

Minimum qualification: 7th pass.
Experience in agriculture/horticulture/gardening preferred.

Counselor (FLCC)

Graduate/Postgraduate from UGC recognized university.
Retired/VRS opted officers (Scale I & above) of Nationalized Banks, RRBs, or experienced Ex-Servicemen/Govt Teachers with banking knowledge.
Minimum 10 years of service experience and IIBF certification preferred.
Should reside in the same or nearby district.

Remuneration

Faculty: ₹20,000/month + ₹2500 FCA + ₹300 Mobile + ₹2000 annual incentive
Office Assistant: ₹12,000/month
Attender: ₹8,000/month
Watchman cum Gardener: ₹8,000/month
FLCC Counselor: ₹15,000/month + ₹500 Mobile/Conveyance

Leave Entitlement

12 days per year with a maximum of 2 days per month.

Selection Procedure

Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview. The decision of the Society/Trust will be final and binding.
