Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, Internet, and local language typing.
• Experience:
  1. Retired/VRS opted bank officials (Scale I & above) from Nationalized Banks/SBI/RRBs OR
  2. Ex-Servicemen or retired government employees (e.g., teachers) with relevant banking/financial experience and having completed IIBF certification course.
  3. Must have an unblemished service record and provide a service certificate from previous employer.
  4. Minimum 10 years experience as Officer or permanent employee.
  5. Must be a resident of Madhya Pradesh, preferably from the same or nearby district.
  6. Excellent communication skills in the local language are essential.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: Above 45 years
• Maximum Age: Less than 65 years
• Candidates must be in good health.

Salary Details

• Monthly Remuneration: ₹25,000/- or last drawn salary minus pension (whichever is lower)
• Additional Allowance: ₹1,000/- per month towards Mobile, Conveyance, etc.
• No additional benefits or charges will be paid. Non-pensioners will receive ₹25,000 + ₹1,000 only.

Leave Entitlement

Eligible for 15 days leave annually with a maximum of 2 days per month.

Job Profile

The selected candidate will work as Counselor – Financial Literacy Center (FLC) and will be responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of the FLCCs.

Selection Process

Candidates found eligible will be called for a Personal Interview. The decision of the Bank in this regard will be final and binding.
