Salary Details

• Consultant: ₹80,000 per month
• Young Professional: ₹60,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria

Consultant

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in administration in Government/PSU/Autonomous Bodies
• OR Master's Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience
• OR Ph.D. in Science or Engineering from a recognized University

Young Professional

• Master’s Degree / B.E / B.Tech / B.Pharm / PGD in Management with at least 4 years of experience and minimum 60% marks
• OR Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years of experience and minimum 60% marks
• Preference given to candidates with experience in HR, Management or Scientific Project Coordination

Job Responsibilities

Consultant Duties

• Review and monitor service and financial regulations
• Assist in preparing annual and progress reports
• Coordinate with BRIC research institutes for project management
• Organize high-level committee meetings and prepare documentation
• Support scientific schemes and policy issues

Young Professional Duties

• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
• Prepare documentation and post-event reports
• Monitor scientific programs and assist in policy-related activities

General Terms & Conditions

• Initial engagement is for 1 year and extendable based on performance
• Position is temporary with no claim for permanent employment
• One-month notice required for termination by either side
• No additional allowances apart from fixed salary
• Leave allowed at 1.5 days per completed month
• Candidates must apply through proper channel if working in Govt/PSU
• Incomplete applications will be rejected
• False information will lead to cancellation of candidature
• Eligibility conditions calculated as on last date of application
