How to Apply (Online Pre-Registration for Walk-In Selections)

1. Fill necessary fields in the online application form by accessing the URL link, pay requisite fees (if applicable), and submit the application.
2. Only one application should be submitted by a candidate for any particular post. If multiple applications are submitted for one post, only the latest valid (completed) application will be considered and retained as final; the fee paid for other multiple applications will stand forfeited.
3. Read all instructions carefully and enter all information correctly. Verify before submission, as changes will not be permitted after submission.

Instructions for Making Payment (As per Notification)

1. Go to www.onlinesbi.sbi and select “State Bank Collect”.
2. Accept terms and conditions and click on proceed.
3. Select state of Corporation/Institution: “All India”.
4. Select PSU – Public Sector Undertaking: “Bharat Electronics Limited” and press Submit.
5. Select payment category: “Recruitment of Trainee Engineer-I for BEL-KOT” (name of the post as mentioned).
6. Complete the payment as explained on the portal.
7. Save and take print/screenshot of the payment receipt and attach it with the application form.
8. Mention the “SBI Collect Reference Number” generated after making payment in the Online Application Form.

• Caste/Tribe/Community/Disability/EWS status certificate (as applicable). Certificates must be in the prescribed format (available on BEL website).
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate should be issued on or after 01.01.2025.
  • EWS certificate should be issued for the year 2024-25 on or after 01.04.2025.
• PwBD: Disability should not be less than 40% to avail PwBD benefits; disability certificate issued by competent authority is required.
• Scribe facility for PwBD: Candidates must arrange scribe at own expense. Scribe eligibility should be one step below the candidate’s qualification and details must be submitted as per proforma (attested by a Gazetted Officer).
• Scribe permission requires certificate from Chief Medical Officer/Civil Surgeon/Medical Superintendent of a Government Health Care Institution stating physical limitation to write and that scribe is essential. Certificate must be in BEL website format.

Selection Process (Procedure & Mode of Selection)

1. Interested candidates must pre-register through the online link by 15.01.2026 (23:00 PM). Non-registered candidates will not be allowed to participate.
2. Candidates meeting the qualifying criteria and whose online applications are accepted will be provisionally shortlisted for the Written Test.
3. Candidates must bring a printed copy of the online application form. No separate call letters will be sent/issued for appearing in Walk-In Written Tests.
4. Candidates must bring a Government-issued photo ID (Driving Licence/Aadhaar/Voter ID/PAN/Passport, etc.). Without ID proof, candidates will not be allowed to appear for the Written Test.

• Attendance: More than 80% during preceding 1 year and general discipline must be good.
• Adverse Remarks: No adverse remarks against the Trainee Engineer/Officer in the preceding 02 years.
