Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate (any stream – Science, Commerce, Arts) or Postgraduate.
• Preference: MSW / MA in Rural Development, Sociology, Psychology, B.Sc. (Veterinary, Horticulture, Agriculture, Agri-Marketing) / B.A. with B.Ed.
• Flair for teaching with sound computer knowledge.
• Excellent communication in local language; fluency in English and Hindi preferred.
• Typing skills in local language mandatory; Hindi/English typing preferred.
• Previous experience as Faculty preferred.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 22 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years (as on 31.12.2025)
• Retirement Age: 60 years (subject to contract renewal)

Job Responsibilities

The In-House Faculty will manage training sessions, entrepreneurship development, motivation, and business management modules. Duties include candidate selection, training coordination, post-training follow-ups, report preparation, success story documentation, case study development, and institute administration. The faculty will also maintain discipline, oversee campus facilities, and support the Director in administrative functions.

Selection Process

1. Written Test – to assess General Knowledge and Computer capability
2. Personal Interview – to assess communication, leadership, attitude, and problem-solving ability
3. Demonstration / Presentation – to evaluate teaching and communication skills

Only eligible candidates will be considered. Shortlisting will be based on qualifications, suitability, and experience. Medical fitness certification from a District Medical Officer is mandatory before joining.

Contract and Service Terms

• Annual contract, reviewed and renewed based on performance.
• Either party may terminate with one-month notice or salary in lieu.
• Contract governed by BSVS Trust guidelines and subject to satisfactory performance review.
• BSVS Trust reserves the right to terminate the contract without assigning reasons (one-month notice or pay applicable).
