Application Process

1. Applications must be submitted only through online mode via the AIIMS Exams portal.
2. No physical documents (including registration slip) should be sent to the institute.
3. Candidates should keep a copy of the registration slip and proof of payment for record purposes.
4. Corrections in registration details will not be entertained by any mode such as email or letter.
5. Each candidate must submit only one application per Post Code.
6. For posts grouped under one Post Code with sub-codes, the candidate should specify the order of preference for sub-post codes.
7. Applicants who apply under reserved categories but are eligible for UR/EWS can include such sub-post codes while making preferences.
8. Vacancies are provisional and subject to change based on institutional requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the educational qualifications and experience requirements for the concerned discipline as specified in the detailed notification. The qualification and experience should be completed on or before the last date of submission of the online application form.

For medical faculty positions, candidates must possess MBBS with MD/MS or equivalent, or DM/M.Ch for super-specialty disciplines, with the required teaching or research experience. For the nursing post, the requisite qualification and experience as per AIIMS and Nursing Council norms must be met.

Age Limit

The age limit for the posts will be as per AIIMS faculty recruitment norms. The upper age limit is generally up to 50 years for Assistant Professor and Associate Professor positions. Age relaxations are applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD and Ex-servicemen candidates as per Government of India rules.

Application Fees

The application fee is payable as per AIIMS norms and must be paid through the designated payment gateway during online submission.

Selection Process

The selection process will be based on shortlisting of candidates as per eligibility, qualifications, and experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview or presentation before the Standing Selection Committee of AIIMS, New Delhi. The final selection will be made based on merit, experience, and institutional norms. The Director, AIIMS, reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process at any stage.
