Villagers raise concerns over inflated electricity bills in Uttarakhand's Bageshwar

Anger is growing among villagers in the Saryu Valley of Bageshwar district, Uttarakhand, over allegedly incorrect electricity bills. The villagers staged a protest by surrounding electricity department officials, alleging that faulty meter readings have resulted in consumers receiving bills ranging from thousands to even lakh of rupees.
