जानकारी के अनुसार, जम्मू-कश्मीर के उपराज्यपाल मनोज सिन्हा ने अमरनाथ गुफा में प्रथम पूजा कर वार्षिक अमरनाथ यात्रा की शुरुआत की और इस मौके पर उन्होंने बाबा बर्फानी से देश की शांति और समृद्धि की प्रार्थना की। वहीं, यात्रा से पहले सुरक्षा के कड़े इंतजाम किए गए हैं, जिसमें सीआरपीएफ, जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस और अन्य सुरक्षा बल तैनात हैं।
