Governor Gurmit Singh, former President Ram Nath Kovind and CM Dhami participated in the three-day International Literature, Culture and Art Festival "Sparsh Himalaya Mahotsav-2024" organized in Thano, Dehradun under the aegis of Sparsh Himalaya Foundation. On this occasion, he inaugurated the country's first Himalayan "Writer's Village".
