Target set to make 7,000 women ‘Lakhpati Didis’ in Dehradun

According to the report, under the National Rural Livelihood Mission in Dehradun, a target has been set to make more than 7,000 women “Lakhpati Didis” this year by providing them training in various livelihoods to make them self-reliant. The department has stated that 12,000 women had already become Lakhpati Didis last year.
