Snowfall likely in Uttarakhand’s hilly regions

According to report, a rain and snowfall alert has been issued for Uttarkashi, Chamoli, and Pithoragarh in Uttarakhand. It is said that snowfall is likely in higher-altitude areas, while rain and cold winds may affect the lower regions. Meanwhile, the administration has put departments on alert and advised travellers to remain cautious.
