Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Medical College’s recognition cancelled

According to reports, the NMC has cancelled the MBBS approval of Jammu’s Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Institute of Medical Excellence with immediate effect due to technical shortcomings, a severe faculty shortage, and low patient numbers. Meanwhile, Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary termed it a loss for Jammu and alleged discrimination.
