खबर के अनुसार, अमेरिका में एच-1बी वीजा पर 1 लाख डॉलर शुल्क लगाने के ट्रंप प्रशासन के फैसले के खिलाफ 20 राज्यों ने कोर्ट का रुख किया है। राज्यों का कहना है कि यह नियम गैरकानूनी है और इससे अस्पतालों, विश्वविद्यालयों व स्कूलों पर आर्थिक बोझ बढ़ेगा, साथ ही शिक्षा-स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र में कर्मचारियों की कमी और गंभीर हो सकती है।

According to reports, 20 U.S. states have approached the court against the Trump administration’s decision to impose a 1 lakh dollar fee on H-1B visas. The states say the rule is illegal & will increase the financial burden on hospitals, universities, schools, and could further worsen staff shortages in the education, healthcare sectors.
