खबर के अनुसार, नाइजर की राजधानी नियामी के अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे पर हुए आतंकी हमले में 11 सैनिक और दो नागरिकों की मौत हो गई, जिसके बाद सुरक्षा बलों ने जवाबी कार्रवाई में 22 हमलावरों को मार गिराया और करीब 20 संदिग्धों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। वहीं, कई घंटों तक चली मुठभेड़ के बाद हालात पर काबू पा लिया गया।

According to the reports, 11 soldiers and two civilians were killed in a terrorist attack at the international airport in Niamey, the capital of Niger. Security forces later killed 22 attackers in a counter-operation and arrested around 20 suspects. After several hours of intense fighting, the situation was brought under control.
