जानकारी के अनुसार, देहरादून के सैलाकुई और सिडकुल औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में श्रमिकों के बढ़ते प्रदर्शनों और तनाव को देखते हुए प्रशासन ने बीएनएसएस की धारा 163 लागू कर दी है। इसके तहत बिना अनुमति धरना-प्रदर्शन और पांच या उससे अधिक लोगों के एकत्र होने पर रोक लगा दी गई है, जबकि पुलिस ने फ्लैग मार्च कर लोगों से शांति बनाए रखने की अपील की है।

According to information, in the Selakui and SIDCUL industrial areas of Dehradun, the administration has imposed Section 163 of BNSS in view of rising labour protests and tension. Under this order, protests without permission and gatherings of five or more people have been prohibited, while police have conducted a flag march.
