जानकारी के अनुसार, महिला आरक्षण कानून 2023 अब आधिकारिक रूप से लागू हो गया है। केंद्र सरकार ने इसे 16 अप्रैल 2026 से प्रभावी कर दिया है, जिसे देश की राजनीति में महिलाओं की भागीदारी बढ़ाने की दिशा में बड़ा कदम माना जा रहा है। इस कानून के तहत लोकसभा और राज्य विधानसभाओं में महिलाओं को 33 प्रतिशत सीटें आरक्षित है।

According to the information, the Women’s Reservation Act, 2023 has now officially come into force. The Central Government has made it effective from April 16, 2026. Under this law, 33 percent of seats in the Lok Sabha and State Legislative Assemblies have been reserved for women.
