जानकारी के अनुसार, उत्तराखंड सरकार ने 1 जुलाई 2026 से मदरसा बोर्ड को समाप्त कर उसकी जगह उत्तराखंड राज्य अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा प्राधिकरण लागू कर दिया है। नई व्यवस्था के तहत अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षण संस्थानों में एनसीईआरटी आधारित आधुनिक शिक्षा को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा, जबकि धार्मिक शिक्षा वैकल्पिक रूप से जारी रहेगी।

The Uttarakhand govt has abolished the Madrasa Board and replaced it with the Uttarakhand State Minority Education Authority, effective from July 1, 2026. Under the new system, minority educational institutions will promote modern education based on the NCERT curriculum, while religious education will continue as an optional subject.
