Major negligence in child's treatment, plaster applied to the wrong arm

According to reports, at Maharshi Devaraha Baba Medical College in Deoria, Uttar Pradesh, a six-year-old girl's healthy left arm was mistakenly put in a plaster cast instead of her fractured right arm. Following the incident, the hospital termed it a human error and withheld the concerned employee's salary for one week.
