Lakhs of saplings to be planted in Uttarakhand on Harela festival

According to reports, Harela festival in Uttarakhand will be celebrated this year as a major environmental campaign. The campaign, starting from July 15, aims to plant around 10 lakh saplings across the state, while forest panchayats and various departments will focus on plantation along with the protection and monitoring of the plants.
