जानकारी के अनुसार, ईरान की गायिका परस्तू अहमदी को दिसंबर 2024 में बिना हिजाब ऑनलाइन प्रस्तुति देने के मामले में अदालत ने 74 कोड़े मारने की सजा सुनाई है। बताया गया कि प्रोडक्शन टीम के आठ सदस्यों को भी उनके साथ दोषी ठहराया गया है। वहीं, इस फैसले की दुनिया भर के कलाकारों और मानवाधिकार संगठनों ने कड़ी आलोचना की है।

Iranian singer Parastoo Ahmadi has been sentenced to 74 lashes by a court for performing online without wearing a hijab in Dec 2024. It was also reported that 8 members of the production team were found guilty along with her. Meanwhile, the verdict has drawn strong criticism from artists and human rights organizations around the world.
