Husband and wife abscond with car after test drive in Patel Nagar, Dehradun

According to reports, a fraud case has come to light in Patel Nagar, Dehradun, where a husband & wife took a test drive of a used car on the pretext of buying it and then absconded with the vehicle. When they did not return, the car owner filed a complaint with police, after which a case has been registered and investigation is underway.
