Heat to rise in Uttarakhand, light rain likely in hilly districts

According to report, heat is expected to increase further in Uttarakhand in the coming days. The Meteorological Department has predicted a rise of 2 to 4 degrees in temperature, while heatwave conditions may prevail in the plains. Meanwhile, light rainfall is expected after May 20 in hilly districts like Chamoli, Pithoragarh, Uttarkashi.
