Four accused arrested in case of retired Brigadier’s death in Dehradun

According to reports, a retired Brigadier, Mukesh Joshi, lost his life during a firing incident between two groups in Dehradun on Monday morning while he was out for a morning walk. Police have now arrested four accused in connection with the case and recovered weapons and a vehicle, while the search for the remaining is still ongoing.
