जानकारी के अनुसार, उत्तराखंड में आपदा चेतावनी प्रणाली को और मजबूत बनाने के लिए सेल ब्रॉडकास्ट सिस्टम का उपयोग किया जा रहा है। इसके जरिए मौसम और आपदा से जुड़े अलर्ट कुछ ही सेकंड में सीधे लोगों के मोबाइल फोन पर भेजे जा रहे हैं। हाल ही में भारी बारिश और तूफान के दौरान इस सिस्टम ने समय पर लोगों को सतर्क कर सफल भूमिका निभाई।

According to reports, the Cell Broadcast System is being used in Uttarakhand to further strengthen the disaster warning system. Through this system, weather and disaster-related alerts are being sent directly to people’s mobile phones within seconds. Recently, during heavy rainfall & storms, the system successfully alerted people in time.
