सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने आज देहरादून जू में वन्य जीव प्राणी सप्ताह का शुभारंभ किया। इस मौके पर उन्होंने कहा कि वन्य जीवों के हमले में जनहानि पर मिलने वाली सहायता राशि बढ़ाकर ₹10 लाख की जाएगी। सीएम ने बताया कि सरकार के प्रयासों से बाघ, गुलदार, हाथी और हिम तेंदुए जैसे दुर्लभ वन्य प्राणियों की संख्या में उत्साहजनक वृद्धि हुई है।

Today, CM Dhami inaugurated Wildlife Week at Dehradun Zoo. On this occasion, he announced that the compensation for loss of life due to wild animal attacks would be increased to ₹10 lakh. He also stated that, the population of rare wildlife species like tigers, leopards, elephants, and snow leopards has seen an encouraging rise.
