CM Dhami, while duly inaugurating the 70th State Industrial Development and Cultural Fair in Gauchar on the previous day, announced to develop 
   the historic Gauchar Mela ground as a mini stadium and give ₹ 10 lakh for the successful operation of Gauchar Mela.
