जानकारी के अनुसार, बकरी ईद से पहले कोलकाता हाईकोर्ट ने पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार के पशु वध संबंधी सख्त नियमों पर रोक लगाने से इनकार कर दिया है। वहीं, राज्य सरकार ने कहा कि बिना स्वास्थ्य प्रमाण पत्र के पशु वध नहीं किया जा सकेगा और खुले सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर कुर्बानी पर प्रतिबंध रहेगा।

According to reports, ahead of Bakrid, the Kolkata High Court refused to stay the West Bengal government’s strict rules regarding animal slaughter.
