On 16 September 2023, a car fell into a ditch about 200 meters deep near Jhari Pani and crashed. On the spot, the joint rescue was done by police, SDRF, and fire service from Chamba Police station, and two injured people including a woman and a dead body were pulled out from the deep ditch.
