On the last day, Education Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat inaugurated a two-day inter-faculty cultural and educational competition organized at Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Birla Campus, Srinagar in memory of the late Capt. Vijaypal Singh Negi. On this occasion, after discussing various points related to education with the students, he also got to know their problems.
