खबर के अनुसार, जन शिक्षण संस्थान बागेश्वर द्वारा ग्रामीण और पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों के युवाओं को स्वरोजगार के लिए सक्षम बनाने हेतु कौशल विकास प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम चलाए जा रहे हैं। वर्तमान में 22 बैचों के माध्यम से 440 युवा फैशन डिजाइनिंग, कंप्यूटर और अन्य रोजगारपरक कोर्सों का निशुल्क प्रशिक्षण ले रहे हैं, जिससे उन्हें मदद मिल रही है।
