On the occasion of Victory Day, tribute was paid by S.S.P. Nanital at the Haldwani Martyr's Memorial to the soldiers who were martyred in the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971 by offering flowers, and the brave women of the martyrs and the soldiers who were injured in the war were honored with shawls.
