Eligibility Criteria

Team Leader

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 15 years’ experience in planning, designing, managing, QA, and supervision of Substation and Transmission Line Projects of 220kV and above.
Minimum 5 years’ experience under PMC services/consultancy.
Experience in projects funded by International Funding Institutions with project cost of at least 100 million USD and duration of minimum 3 years.
Experience in laying underground cables, HTLS conductor stringing (220kV).
Regional experience is advantageous.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

Substation Expert

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 15 years’ experience in AIS/GIS substation projects (132kV to 220kV or higher).
Experience with international standards and modern GIS construction technologies.
PMC experience and project cost ≥ 100 million USD with at least 3 years project duration.
Proficiency in software related to substation design is a plus.

Transmission Line Engineer

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (preferably Electrical)
10+ years in 220kV+ transmission line planning, QA, and supervision
Minimum 3 years under PMC services/consultant
Experience in conductor stringing, multi-circuit tower erection, and river-crossing pile foundation

Procurement and Contract Expert

Postgraduate in Engineering
10+ years in procurement and contract management for similar projects
Minimum 3 years under PMC services for Externally Aided Projects
Familiar with procurement guidelines of Externally Aided Projects
MDB certification is an added advantage

Support Staff (All Positions)

Relevant Degree/Diploma in the respective field
2 to 5 years of professional experience in relevant domain
Experts with certifications and training in their relevant field will be given preference

Age Limit

Preferred upper age limit: Below 65 years as on the date of proposal submission
