Base Salary and Employment Type

The pay scales are as per the IDA 2017 pattern ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹2,20,000 depending on the post (E-1 to E-5). The compensation package includes Basic Pay, Industrial DA, HRA, Perquisites and Allowances under the cafeteria approach, EPF, Gratuity, and Performance Related Pay. Employment is full-time and permanent, subject to a service agreement of two years.

Eligibility Criteria (Education & Experience)

General Manager: MBA (Marketing/Finance) or CA/CMA with 15 years experience.
Deputy General Manager: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) with 12 years experience.
Chief Manager (Technology): B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/IT/CS) with 9 years experience.
Chief Manager (F&A): CA/CMA or MBA (Finance) with 9 years experience.
Manager (F&A): CA/CMA or MBA (Finance) with 5 years experience.
Deputy Manager (Various): Relevant degree with MBA/professional qualification and 2 years experience.

Note: Minimum 60% marks required (5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).

Selection Process

Scrutiny of applications as per eligibility criteria.
Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates (in 1:5 to 1:7 ratio per post).
Final selection based on interview performance and document verification.
Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in India across NSIC offices or Technical Centres.
