Eligibility Criteria

  • Age Limit: Minimum 40 years and Maximum 50 years as on 31.07.2025
  • Essential Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 50% marks in Graduation or Post-Graduation
  • Desirable Qualification: CFA / MBA (Finance) / Certificate in Financial Risk Management from internationally recognized institutions
  • Work Experience:
    • 15 years in financial operations (preferably in accounting and taxation) in banks/large corporates/PSUs/FIs/financial institutions
    • 10 years in Banks/FIs, of which 5 years must be at a senior management level

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit timely financial statements including profitability statements and Annual Report
  • Oversee statutory audit process including appointment of auditors and conducting audits across branches
  • Monitor financial metrics such as Capital Adequacy, ROA, ROE, Non-Interest Income, and provide reports to top management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies like RBI, SEBI, and MoF, and tax authorities (Direct and Indirect Taxes including GST)
  • Formulate and review accounting and budgeting policies, manage internal financial reporting
  • Compile financial statements in accordance with Ind-AS
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the Bank
