Age Limit: Minimum 40 years and Maximum 50 years as on 31.07.2025
Essential Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 50% marks in Graduation or Post-Graduation
Desirable Qualification: CFA / MBA (Finance) / Certificate in Financial Risk Management from internationally recognized institutions
Work Experience:
- 15 years in financial operations (preferably in accounting and taxation) in banks/large corporates/PSUs/FIs/financial institutions
- 10 years in Banks/FIs, of which 5 years must be at a senior management level

Prepare and submit timely financial statements including profitability statements and Annual Report
Oversee statutory audit process including appointment of auditors and conducting audits across branches
Monitor financial metrics such as Capital Adequacy, ROA, ROE, Non-Interest Income, and provide reports to top management
Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies like RBI, SEBI, and MoF, and tax authorities (Direct and Indirect Taxes including GST)
Formulate and review accounting and budgeting policies, manage internal financial reporting
Compile financial statements in accordance with Ind-AS
Any other responsibilities assigned by the Bank
