Base Salary
Selected Cooperative Interns will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹25,000/-. TA/DA will be provided on par with the Staff Assistants of the respective Banks. No other allowances or benefits are admissible.
Employment Type

- MBA or equivalent in Marketing Management / Cooperative Management / Agri Business Management / Rural Development Management from a recognized university/institution approved by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies.
- OR a 2-year PGDM course from an AICTE/UGC recognized institution.
- Proficiency in computers is essential.
- Age: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 30 years as on 01.09.2025.
- Medical Fitness: Engagement is subject to medical fitness as per the Bank’s requirements.

Selection Process
The selection will be based on a merit list prepared organization-wise (APCOB/DCCBs). Key details include:
- Applications will be scrutinized by a Committee appointed by the Bank.
- Merit list prepared on the basis of academic qualifications: SSC, 12th, Graduation, Post-Graduation, and additional qualifications.
- Weightage distribution is as follows:

Roles and Duties of Cooperative Interns
- Interns will be associated with PACS Cell in APCOB or with PACS Development Cell (PDC) in the concerned DCCB.
- They will coordinate with PACS and other primary cooperatives and provide necessary guidance for implementation of initiatives taken by the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India.
- Interns will be responsible for addressing day-to-day issues faced by PACS such as computerization, business plans, financing, approvals, and other operational matters.
- Weekly status reports on implementation of initiatives must be prepared and shared in coordination with DCCB/APCOB.
Appointment and Termination
- Upon final selection, interns must execute a Service Bond to serve the Bank for one year.
- Interns must deposit their academic qualification certificates at the time of joining, which will be returned after completion of tenure.
- Internship may be terminated by either side with one month’s notice.
- If an intern leaves before completing one year, they must pay a compensation of ₹15,000. Failure to do so may lead to legal action by the Bank.
Conduct and Discipline
- Interns will be governed by the conduct and discipline rules of APCOB/DCCBs.
- Confidentiality of all documents, reports, and information must be maintained. Disclosure may lead to legal action.
- Interns are prohibited from interacting with or representing the Bank to media or on social media without prior approval.
- Professional behavior is expected in all dealings with the Bank and the public.
Other Terms and Conditions
- This internship is neither an employment nor a guarantee of future employment with APCOB or associated organizations.
- Internship may be discontinued without financial benefit if performance is unsatisfactory or if absent without authorization.
- Transport, hostel, or accommodation facilities are not provided.
- Engagement is provisional and subject to verification of documents, character, and antecedents.
- Medical fitness certification from qualified practitioners is required.
- All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Vijayawada.
- The Managing Director, APCOB reserves the right to modify any clause or selection process at any time.
