Experience Requirements

• Jr. Executive: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience
• Asst. Executive: Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience

• RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs
• Statutory reporting and regulatory filings
• Accounting and financial statements
• Internal control and audit coordination
• Other finance-related responsibilities

Age Limit & Relaxation

• Jr. Executive: Maximum 33 years
• Asst. Executive: Maximum 36 years
• Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PWD/Ex-Servicemen as per Government rules
