Eligibility Criteria

• Preferred Qualification: M.D. in General Medicine (recognized by MCI) with at least 5 years of experience after passing M.D.
• Alternative Qualification: M.B.B.S or BHMS with at least 7 years of experience after graduation as a registered Medical Practitioner
• Preference: Doctors currently or previously empaneled with PSU/Banks will be given preference

Selection Process

1. Applications will be scrutinized by the Bank

3. Final selection will be based on interview performance

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide free medical advice/consultation to bank staff and their family members during the prescribed hours.
2. Scrutinize medical/hospitalization/ex-gratia medical bills submitted by staff and certify their correctness for reimbursement.
3. Offer medical opinion/advice in special cases such as sanctioning of sick/extraordinary leave, medical grounds for transfers, etc.
4. Conduct medical check-ups of new recruits as requested by the bank.
5. Provide information or assistance related to medical cases whenever required by the bank.
6. Prescribe medicines and suggest other routine treatment to bank staff at Zonal Office and during medical emergencies from residence or clinic.
7. Perform any other medical-related tasks or provide assistance as required by the bank and its employees.

• The contract is initially for two years and may be extended in 2-year intervals based on satisfactory performance.
