• Passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) from a recognized institution approved by the State Government.
• Must have qualified CPCT (Computer Proficiency Certification Test) conducted by MAP_IT.
• Must be a domicile of Madhya Pradesh.

Application Process

1. Fill the prescribed application form provided in Annexure-4 of the notification.
2. Attach self-attested copies of all necessary documents including educational certificates, CPCT certificate, domicile certificate, and caste certificate.
3. Submit the application either in person or via post to the office of the Collector & District Election Officer (Local Election), Datia before the last date.
4. Ensure that all eligibility and documentation requirements are fulfilled before submission.

Selection Process

• Selection will follow the guidelines of the Madhya Pradesh State Election Commission.
• Merit will be prepared based on marks obtained in the CPCT (Computer Proficiency Test).
• Candidates must qualify in Hindi and English typing; however, typing scores will not be added to the merit.
• Candidates fulfilling educational, domicile, and age criteria will be considered eligible.
