Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university/institute (Essential)
  • MBA in any discipline (Desirable)

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of post-qualification work experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in Land Acquisition in Rail and Road projects
  • Minimum 2 years experience in foreign funded projects
  • Experience in Social Impact Assessment, Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), and Income Restoration Plan

Additional Eligibility

  • IDA Employees: Minimum E-5 grade (₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000)
  • CDA Employees: Minimum Level-11 (7th CPC)
  • Private Sector: Compensation more than ₹23,00,000 per annum

Age Limit & Relaxation

  • Maximum Age: 52 Years
  • Relaxation: 5 years for candidates domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir (01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989)

  • Any other work assigned by management
