Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or its equivalent (Full Time) from a recognized university.

Experience

Minimum 18 years of post-qualification experience (for Organized Group ‘A’ Services)
Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience at Executive Level (E2/L9 or above) in Govt./CPSE/Autonomous Bodies
Experience in Railways/Metro Systems is preferable

Pay Scale Requirement (as per current employment)

CDA (Deputation): ₹1,44,200 – ₹2,18,200 (Level 14) or above
IDA (Deputation): ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000 (E8) or 4 years in ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000 (E7)
CDA (Immediate Absorption): ₹1,44,200 – ₹2,18,200 (L14) or 4 years in ₹1,23,100 – ₹2,15,900 (L13)
IDA (Immediate Absorption): ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000 (E8) or 4 years in ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000 (E7)

Terms for Deputation

Pay and allowances as per DoPT rules
Additional benefits: Lease, Transport, Medical, Laptop/Mobile handset, Electricity, Phone charges (as per company policy)
Maximum deputation period: 5 years

Terms for Immediate Absorption

Basic Pay + VDA + Perks under Cafeteria Approach
All benefits and allowances as per NCRTC rules
Service Bond: ₹2,00,000 + GST + training cost (2-year commitment)
Probation period applicable as per company rules

Accommodation and Posting

Company/Leased Accommodation as per entitlement
Posting may be anywhere within NCRTC offices, projects, subsidiaries, or JVs
May involve working in shifts

Other General Instructions

Only Indian Nationals (18 years or above) are eligible
