Salary and Allowances

  • Consolidated Salary: ₹20,000 per month
  • Annual Increment: ₹1,500 (up to ₹27,500 over 5 years)
  • Annual Performance Incentive: ₹1,500 based on review
  • Mobile Allowance: ₹300 per month
  • Fixed Conveyance Allowance: ₹2,000 per month (on declaration)
  • Medical Allowance: ₹5,000 per year (on declaration)
  • EPF, ESI, Gratuity: As per applicable rules

Eligibility Criteria

  • Age Limit: Minimum 22 years and Maximum 40 years
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate in BSW / BA / B.Com with computer knowledge
  • Preference will be given to candidates with basic accounting knowledge
  • Experience: Previous experience as an Office Assistant preferred
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in local language (spoken and written) is mandatory; fluency in English is an added advantage
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel), Tally, Internet
  • Typing skills in the local language are essential; English typing is desirable
  • Valid driving license is preferable as field visits are required

Leave Entitlements

  • Casual Leave: 12 days per calendar year
  • Privilege Leave: 10 days per year
  • Sick Leave: 10 days per calendar year
  • Maternity/Paternity Leave: As per applicable government rules

Selection Process

  1. Written Test – to assess General Knowledge and Computer Capability
  2. Personal Interview – to evaluate communication skills, leadership, attitude, problem-solving, and ability to work with trainees

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Director and Faculty in day-to-day operations of the institute
  • Maintain cash book, general ledger, and vouchers as per single-entry accounting system
  • Maintain all books, registers (manual and digital) as per Trust/Ministry guidelines
  • Update data related to training, follow-ups, settlement, etc.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and periodical reports to the Trust and concerned authorities
  • Manage logistics for training (boarding, dormitory, materials)
  • Register candidates, maintain daily attendance, track boarding of trainees
  • Conduct follow-up field visits and report to the Director
  • Maintain inventory and fixed assets, including training materials
  • Manage library books and issue to trainees
  • Execute any other duties assigned by the Director or Faculty

Terms and Conditions

  • Contractual engagement only; no claim for permanent employment in the Bank
  • Services may be terminated at any time due to unsatisfactory performance or conduct
  • Medical fitness certificate signed by a district medical officer is mandatory before joining
  • One-month notice required for voluntary resignation
  • Misconduct or false information at any stage may lead to termination
  • The selected candidate must join within 15 days of receiving the offer letter
  • Validity of empanelled/waitlisted candidates: One year
  • All rules will be governed by the HR policies of Indian Bank Trust for Rural Development (IBTRD)
