Job Description: Training in nursing, first-aid, management of medical stores, dispensaries, and ward supervision duties within Indian Air Force establishments.

Eligibility Criteria

For 10+2 Candidates: Must be unmarried and born between 01 January 2006 and 01 January 2010. Should have 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, with 50% aggregate and 50% in English.
For Diploma/B.Sc (Pharmacy) Candidates: Unmarried (born between 01 January 2003 and 01 January 2008) or married (born between 01 January 2003 and 01 January 2006). Must have 10+2 with PCB & English (50%) plus Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy (50%) with valid registration from State Pharmacy Council or PCI.

Age Limit

For 10+2 Candidates	16 to 21 years
For Diploma/B.Sc (Pharmacy) Candidates	17 to 24 years
Maximum Age at Enrolment	21 years (10+2) / 24 years (Pharmacy)

Selection Process

Phase I – Online Test:
- Duration: 45 minutes
- Subjects: English (10+2 CBSE level), Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA)
- Marking: +1 correct, 0 unattempted, -0.25 wrong
Phase II – Physical Fitness & Adaptability Tests:
- PFT-I: 1.6 km run within 7 min (up to 21 yrs) / 7m 30s (above 21 yrs)
- PFT-II: 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 20 squats
- Adaptability Test-I & II: Assess suitability and adaptability for IAF environment
Phase III – Medical Examination: Conducted as per IAF medical standards (includes full body check-up, ECG, Chest X-ray, and lab tests).
Final Merit: Based on normalized marks, performance, and medical fitness.

Salary & Benefits

Training stipend of ₹14,600/- per month.
Starting salary after training: ₹26,900/- per month plus allowances.
Allowances: Transport, CPMA, LRA, HRA, Education, Medical, Ration, and LTC.
Insurance: Group Insurance cover of ₹62.5 Lakhs at ₹3200/- premium.

Physical & Medical Standards

Minimum Height	152 cm
Chest	77 cm (min expansion 5 cm)
Vision	6/36 correctable to 6/6, Colour Vision CP-II
Hearing	Normal (forced whisper at 6m)
Dental	Minimum 14 dental points with healthy gums
Gender	Male candidates only
Tattoo Policy	Only inner forearm or back of hand tattoos allowed; offensive designs prohibited.
