Eligibility Criteria – Post Wise

CEO / FPO Manager

• Graduate from a recognized university
• Minimum 4 years experience in business and marketing linkage
• Age must be between 18 to 45 years
• Postgraduate qualification in Marketing / Agribusiness / Supply Chain / Business-related subjects will be preferred
• Computer knowledge (MS Office) preferred
• Preference will be given to SHG members or their family members (self / spouse / son / daughter) with valid documentary proof

Business Promoter

• Graduate from a recognized university
• Minimum 1.5 years experience in rural livelihood business development
• Age must be between 18 to 45 years
• Candidates with BBA / B.Sc. Mathematics / B.A. Economics will be preferred
• Knowledge of business planning and MS Office required
• Knowledge of supply chain management preferred
• Training experience with Farmer Producer Organizations or livelihood missions preferred
• Preference to SHG members or their family members with valid proof

Accountant

• Graduate from a recognized university
• Minimum 2 years experience in accounting and documentation work
• Age must be between 18 to 45 years
• Knowledge of Tally software preferred
• Computer knowledge (MS Office) required
• Experience with Farmer Producer Organizations or livelihood missions preferred
• Preference to SHG members or their family members with valid proof
