Detailed Job Descriptions

1. Full Stack Developer

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing scalable, secure, and high-performance digital platforms for government use. The role involves working with Laravel (PHP 8+, Laravel 11/12), MySQL, and front-end technologies such as Bootstrap, Blade, and React.js.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop backend modules ensuring modularity and scalability using Laravel (PHP 8+).
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs.
  • Build responsive UI components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap 5.
  • Develop interactive dashboards with React.js and manage role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, DevOps, QA, and Project Management teams for timely feature delivery.
  • Manage MySQL schema and optimize queries for large-scale datasets.
  • Use Git and CI/CD pipelines for deployments and maintain code quality standards.
  • Implement and manage Amazon S3 storage for secure file handling.
  • Ensure compliance with GIGW 3.0, CERT-In, and security standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
  • Proficiency in Laravel (PHP 8+), MySQL, and modern frontend technologies.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, React.js, and Power BI dashboard integration.
  • Familiarity with RBAC, secure authentication, and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Laravel Forge).
  • Experience using AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Postman AI.

2. DevOps / Deployment Engineer

The DevOps Engineer will manage automation, deployment, and monitoring of large-scale cloud-native platforms. The role includes working with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for microservices-based applications.
  • Deploy and maintain cloud applications (AWS, Azure) using Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Configure API gateways, load balancers, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
  • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with Terraform, Helm, or Ansible.

3. QA / Testing Lead

The QA Lead will manage quality assurance and compliance for large-scale digital platforms, ensuring system reliability and adherence to accessibility and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage QA strategy, test plans, and testing standards.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing cycles.
  • Perform API testing using Postman and ensure release readiness with developers and business teams.
  • Validate compliance with GIGW, WCAG, and CERT-In standards.
  • Implement automation frameworks and track defects using JIRA.
  • Leverage AI tools such as TestSigma, ChatGPT, and Postman AI for faster testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in QA and testing roles.
  • Experience with Postman, Selenium, JMeter, and test automation.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD integration and database validation (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Preferred certifications: ISTQB Advanced Level, CSQA, or Automation Testing.

4. UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer will design user-centric, accessible, and responsive interfaces for digital government platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and prototype responsive and multilingual interfaces for web and mobile applications.
