Eligibility Criteria

Supreme Court of India

  • Applicant must be an Advocate on Record under Supreme Court Rules, 1966.
  • Minimum 08 years of professional experience.
  • Desirable: Already empanelled with Pollution Control Boards, Central/State Government, MoEF&CC, other Government Ministries, Statutory Organisations, or PSUs.

Delhi High Court

  • Applicant must be an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
  • Minimum 06 years of professional experience from the date of enrolment.

National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench)

  • Applicant must be an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of India or State Bar Councils.
  • Minimum 06 years of professional experience.
  • Desirable: Experience in conducting cases on Environmental Laws in NGT.

District Courts / Other Tribunals (Delhi Jurisdiction)

  • Applicant must be enrolled with Bar Council of India or State Bar Councils.
  • Must be a member of District Bar Association.
  • Minimum 04 years of professional experience.
