Eligibility Criteria

• Age: Between 22 and 40 years as on 08.06.2025
• Minimum Qualification: Passed 7th Standard
• Experience: Preferably in Agriculture, Gardening, or Horticulture
• Previous experience as Watchman/Gardener will be preferred
• Knowledge of local language is essential

Job Description - Watchman / Gardener

• Watch and ward of RSETI premises
• Gardening work, maintenance, and upkeep of the RSETI premises
• Perform duties of Attendant if required
• Any other tasks assigned by the RSETI Director

General Instructions

• Candidates must ensure they fulfill eligibility norms and provide accurate information. False or suppressed information will lead to cancellation of candidature or termination of contract.
• Submission of application does not guarantee call for interview.
• Selected candidates must submit a medical fitness report signed by a district-level Medical Officer before joining.
• The offer letter will specify contract details, effective date, remuneration, duration, and renewal clauses.
• Either party may terminate the contract with one month's notice or salary in lieu.
• If disciplinary action was taken against a candidate in previous employment, the decision of the BSVS trust regarding selection is final.
• BSVS trust reserves the right to terminate the contract without reason by giving one-month notice or salary in lieu.
• New joiners must submit a joining report to the RSETI Director and complete joining formalities.
