Eligibility Criteria

For Retired Bank Employees

Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU Bank up to the rank of Chief Manager.
Retired clerks and equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with good track record.
Minimum 3 years of rural banking experience required.

For Other Candidates

Minimum qualification: Graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet, etc.).
Preferred qualification: M.Sc (IT) / BE (IT) / MCA / MBA.
Proficiency in reading and writing local language and dialect is mandatory.

Geographical Requirement

Candidate must belong to the same district or adjoining district where vacancy is declared.
Under no circumstances candidates from other states will be selected.

Other Eligibility Conditions

Due diligence including KYC verification and CIBIL score check will be conducted.
Candidates with adverse records or terminated/dismissed from past service will not be considered.
Police verification mandatory before assignment.
Must be willing to visit villages periodically.
Must have accommodation near Regional Office/Link Branch within the district.

Remuneration Details

Component	Amount
Fixed Component	₹15,000 per month
Variable Component (Maximum)	₹15,000 per month
Maximum Monthly Earnings	₹30,000

Variable pay is performance-based and calculated as per parameters mentioned in Annexure-I (Total Marks: 60).

Accidental Insurance Coverage

BC Coordinators will be covered under Baroda Corporate Salary Savings Account – Classic (SB174), which includes built-in accidental insurance coverage.

Selection Process

Selection through Interview process.
Interview conducted by committee headed by Regional Head.
Final approval by Regional Head.
Half-yearly performance review by Deputy Regional Head.
30 days notice required for termination by either party.
Immediate termination possible in case of misconduct.
